About Closed for Good
Closed for Good was a unique way for New Zealand communities to get free help with projects. On Wednesday, 4 November, we closed all our stores and most of our support offices – “for good”. On that day, we weren’t working for BNZ, we were working for you, on projects nominated by communities all over New Zealand.
From mid-August to 27 September people from all over New Zealand submitted ideas for community projects we could help with on the day. In total over 850 great projects were submitted.
We’d love to have helped with them all, but with so many submissions, unfortunately some will have to miss out.
Closed for Good gave us a great opportunity to help out our local communities. Our staff had a fantastic day out. Take a look at what we got up to on the View Projects page.
