Lyttelton Street Playcentre - fence painting.

We are currently fundraising for some new fence paint for the playcentre and need some assistance painting the fence to get this done in one day. We will provide all paint and brushes. Ability to get paint on fence instead of the ground is beneficial otherwise no special skills required. If there is someone who is especially artistic we would love a mural:)

How this project will benefit the community

We are an early childhood education service, run co-operatively by member families, which provides a positive early childhood education option relevant to the New Zealand setting. We believe that the whanau/family is the fundamental unit in the community and is to be valued, promoted and supported as the most important setting for the nurture and education of children. Our environment for the children is important to us and assists in their learning. We need to update our centre so that we can have more children attend from the community and this is just one of our projects
