000Fixing up and reopening of old Golden Bay Tennis club clubrooms
With a big surge in tennis in the bay, the newly reformed tennis club is having 2 old courts resurfaced at it's former club site, and will be cleaning up the old clubrooms. The project would be for the BNZ staff to paint the inside and/or outside of the clubrooms. No specific skills required, paint and equipment provided.
How this project will benefit the community
It will be of huge social benefit to the club's 80 junior and 20 adult members - and help grow the adult membership, as it will serve as a focus for tennis activities and family socialising in the bay. The old clubrooms are also an eyesore and this would make them much more attractive for the neighbourhood.
