000Clear land of rubbish, weeds, trees and shrubs for the Wellington Housing Trust.
This property is a vacant section that will be build on in the near future. Currently it is overgrown and an eye sore for the immediate neighbourhood and the many people who past it everyday. We need to clear all the weeds and rubbish from the section. Also cut back all shrubs and trees growing wild on the land. All rubbish will need to be cleared and put into a skip. All weeds removed. All trees and overgrown shrubs to be removed and rubbish placed in skip. Only skills would be strength and energy!
How this project will benefit the community
The Trust will build 4 homes on this land that will be rented to low income families. Until construction begins we would like to keep the section tidy and as attractive as possible. The immediate neighbours are unhappy with the current appearance of the land. Also as it is untidy it attracts more rubbish. If the BNZ did this work it would save the Trust money and therefore our limited resources could be used for other projects. Also this will save money at the time construction commences as the land will have been cleared.
